Tap Takeover - Funky Sour Stuff

A tap takeover of small batch and limited release funky and/or sour beers from our Smylie Brothers Brew Crew.

Beers will be tapped at 5pm and pour until they’re gone.

Here’s what we’ve got going on;

Who The Funk is Brett Mannion -
The second release in our Brew Crew Brett Series. A light, bright wheat ale aged in Pinot Noir barrels with several Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus strains. Lemony tart acidy opens up to notes of wheat malt and fruity brett funk.

Berliner -
Classic and traditional Berlin style weissbier. Served with or without housemade raspberry or woodruff syrup.

Johnny Pineapple -
Berliner made with natural pineapple juice. Lightly balances the lactic tartness with the sweetness of pineapple while adding yet another acidic component to the mix. Fun stuff.

Gose -
A traditional sour German wheat beer, brewed with coriander and sea salt.

Highway Star -
Dark farmhouse ale fermented with a blend of saison yeast and brettanomyces.

Mixed culture wheat ale.

Dry hopped mixed culture wheat ale.

Sour Purple Stuff -
Kettle soured, small batch version of our Purple Line .
