The second release in our Brew Crew Brett Series. A light, bright wheat ale aged in Pinot Noir barrels
with several Brettanomyces and Lactobacillus strains. Lemony tart acidy opens up to notes of wheat malt and fruity brett funk. 3.5%

12pm - Elmo Sputterspark 10oz-10
Wee heavy aged in bourbon barrels with cocoa nibs. 9.5%

2pm - Maple Barrel Porter 10oz-7
American Porter rested in a bourbon barrel previously used to age maple syrup. 6.5%

4pm - Bantam Brute 10oz-6
Our Farmhouse Ale aged in Gin Barrels with Bruto Americano apertivo and orange peel. 5.7%

6pm - Cask Tapping: Pale Ale with Grapefruit 20oz-6
Clean, smooth and well balanced. Round and toasty maltiness is matched with a complex hop character that is both fruity and floral. 6%
